A bit over four years ago chef Jojo left Wasabi Fusion in downtown Savannah to open Wasabi Fusion Pooler. The menu includes traditional dishes such as ramen, shrimp tempura, and yaki udon, as well as teriyaki platters. But for those looking for something a little different, Jojo has come up with a vast selection of sushi options.
From the traditional to the surprising, chef Jojo’s menu features tasty rolls, sashimi, temaki and nigiri. Appetizers like edamame, gyoza and harumaki are also featured on the menu. You can choose from table seating or sit at the sushi bar. Don’t let the size of the menu daunt you — if you can’t decide, the staff are always happy to offer suggestions.
